Returning damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise:
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please note any and all damage to the carton on the delivery receipt or kindly refuse the delivery and contact RW Snyder Gunsmithing immediately. Please unpack and inspect items as soon as possible, if the incorrect item is shipped to you or if the merchandise arrives damaged or is not working properly, please contact RW Snyder Gunsmithing within 7 business days of arrival. Once we have evaluated the problem, we will do our best to ensure that you receive the correct item or a replacement item. Incorrect items will be substituted with the correct items. Used items are sold as is and are not returnable unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Orders shipped to addresses outside the United States:
Orders shipped to addresses outside the Continental United States may be assessed a tax or duty by the country accepting the package(s). Taxes, duties or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. Please check with your customs office to make sure you understand all fees that may be assessed on your order. Not responsable for lost or seized items.
